i <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3845 <br />i <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CI Y <br />3I1 <br />OF COLTON ESTABLISHING SCHEDULE OF <br />RATES FOR CEMETERY SERVICES. <br />4 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />5 <br />FOLLOWS: <br />6 <br />SECTION 1. Effective forthwith, companion burials shall <br />be per - <br />7 <br />mitted at Hermosa Cemetery and the regulations and charges applicable <br />thereto <br />8 <br />shall be as follows: <br />9� <br />A. The area for companion burials shall be only the <br />3.0 <br />Northeast Section, known as Section 4, of Block 7. <br />3-1 <br />B. Burialcharges shall beasfollows: <br />12 <br />First Opening and Closing <br />$250.00 <br />Second Opening and Closing <br />170.00 <br />13'1 <br />Burial Space <br />450.00 <br />Saddle Device <br />25.00 <br />14 <br />SECTION 2. Effective the 16th day of August, 1978., the following <br />15 <br />schedule of rates for grave plots and burial charges for Hermosa Cemetery shall <br />16 <br />be in full force and effect. <br />17-1 <br />T <br />Adult burial plots in all of Block 5 and all of <br />18 <br />Block 7 shall be in the amount of - <br />$350.00 <br />3g <br />Companion burial plots shall be in the amount of - <br />450.00 <br />2p <br />Adult burial plots in all of Block `2 and all of <br />Block 3 shall be in the amount of - <br />275.00 <br />21 <br />22 ! <br />Child burial plots shall be in the amount of - <br />(Maximum <br />150.00 <br />age for such plots shall be 12 years) <br />23 <br />Baby and Ash burial plots shall be in the amount of - <br />55.00 <br />24 <br />I <br />Adult Burial Charge (opening & closing) - <br />170.00 <br />23 <br />Saturday and Holiday Burial Charge (Adult) - + <br />100.00 <br />26 <br />Child Burial Charge (opening & closing) - <br />150.00 <br />27� <br />Saturday and Holiday (Child) - + <br />100.00 <br />2£3 s <br />i <br />
