proceedings and limitations under the provisions <br />of the "Special Assessment Investigation, Limi- <br />tation and Majority Protest Act of 1931" shall <br />not be ,applicable to these proceedings. <br />SECTION 5. <br />That the City Clerk, pursuant to Section 5896.7 <br />of the Streets and. Highways Code, has executed a <br />Certificate of Sufficiency, which said Certifi- <br />cate shall remain attached to the Petition and <br />remain on file in the Office of the City Clerk, <br />open to public inspection. Said Petition and <br />Certificate meet the 'requirements of the "Im- <br />provement Act of 1911", and specifically Sections <br />5896.5 and 5896.6. <br />SECTION 6. <br />That said improvements and proceedings shall be <br />conducted pursuant to the terms and provisions <br />of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913", being <br />Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of <br />the State of California. <br />APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of.
