AREA FROM COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 38 AND IMPROVEMENT ZONE G OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 38, AND COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 70 AND IMPROVEMENT ZONE A OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA 'N NO. 70. 7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C UNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON 8 WHEREAS, preliminary proceedings for annexation of certain des - 9 �cribed territory to the City of Colton were initiated when the property owner 10 'filed a resolution of application with the -ocal Agency Formation Commission in 3-3 1the County of San Bernardino pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Organi- j 12 Ization Act of 1977; and 1 13 I WHEREAS, thereafter appropriate proceedings were conducted by the 14 Local Agency Formation Commission and on September 13, 1978, the Commission adop 15 ,led a resol uti on being Resolution No. 1436, approving the proposed annexation, 16 +subject to the following' conditions: 3.7 f 1. The conducting agencyshall not make ma any changes in the 113 !boundaries hereby approved nor shall it imp se any new conditions or modify any 19 conditions hereby imposed unless and until it receives the approval of the Local ;Agency Formation Commission for such changes, modifications, or conditions, pur- 21 isuant to the procedures prescribed by Section 35162 of the Government Code. 22 2.
