9 4 e RESOLUTION NO. 3862 A RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF COLTON UNINHABITED TERRITORY DES- CRIBED HEREIN AND DESIGNATED "COLTON ANNEXATION SOUTH 35" AND GIVING NOTICE OF THE TIME AND PLACE FIXED FOR HEARING PROTESTS THERETO. 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL -OF THE CITY OF COLTON: 6 1.
