BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram were made and filed with the City Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3167, adopt- ed by the City Council of said City on November 16, 1971, and the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on April 4, 1972, and recorded in the Office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City and in the Office of the County Surveyor of said County; and WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are un- paid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement Bond 'Act of 1915, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original !parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment; NQW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of !Colton that: 1. Currie Engineering Company shall cause to be prepared and Ifiled with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the Ilots or parcels so divided5 said parcel being designated Assessment No. 9. 2. The unpaid installments of said original assessment shall be isegregated and apportJonedin accordance with the benefits to the several parts !of the original lot or parcel and the total amount of the assessments of the iseveral portions of the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid as- Isessment upon said original lot or parcel.of land. 3. That Tuesday, the 7th day of November, 1978, at the hour of 17:30 p. m., at the regular meeting place of said City Council, Council Chambers
