i lk s j, RESOLUTION NO. 3868 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT COOLEY RANCH SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT ASSESSMENT 4 NO. 9 5, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS IFOLLOWS: 6- ,7 WHEREAS, said Council did on the 3rd day of October, 1978, adopt 8 its resolution ordering Currie Engineering Company to make and file with said City Council an amended assessment of all parcels 9 � p cls of property the former assess - 10 meat on which, under Resolution of Intention No. 3167, adopted by'said City 11" �Council,,on November 16, 1971, are designated upon the original assessment -and 12 diagram and confirmed by said Council on April 4, 1972, and recorded in the 13' Office of the County Surveyor of said County, as Diagram and Assessment No. 9; f 1411WHEREAS, Currie Engineering Company did on the 6th day of Novem- 15 ber, 1978, pursuant to resolution ordering same, file with the City Clerk an 16 amended assessment and diagram; 17 WHEREAS, the City Council fixed Tuesday, the 7th day of November, :L -8'j 1978, as the time for hearing said amended assessment and caused notice of said 19 ► ;hearing to be published twice in the Colton Courier, the first publication being i 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 i 27� PA911 �Jfifteen.(15)da s before sa y id hearing, as appears from the affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk of said City; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing, no protests {or objections were made or presented to the proposed amended assessment, and all ;matters and things pertaining tosaid amended assessment were duly heard and con- sidered by said City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said amended assessment and `diagram filled with the City Clerk of said City pursuant to resolution ordering (same "be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
