RI RESOLUTION NO. 3876 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE ABANDONMENT OF COOLEY LANE WEST OF MT. VERNON AVENUE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS (FOLLOWS: iSECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton does jhereby declare its, intention to order the abandonment of that portion of Cooley Lane, described as follows: Al] that portion of Cooley Lane sixty (60) feet wide lying west of Mt. Vernon Avenue one hundred twenty (120) feet wide, to its westerly intersection with the San Bernardino County Flood Control District. For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, reference is hereby ,made to the map on file in the Office of the City Clerk of Colton, California. 14 SECTION 2. That the public convenience and necessity require 23 the reservations and exceptions of easement described as follows:. 2.1 Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 3, also being the west right-of-way Tine of Mt. Vernon Avenue, per 25 Parcel Map 2319; thence west along the north line of Lot 3, a distance of 40 feet; thence north parallel to 26 the west right-of-way line of Mt. Vernon Avenue, a distance of 4 feet; thence east parallel to the northline 27 i of Lot 3, a distance of 40 feet to the west right-of- way line of Mt.
