The <br />scope and objective of the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Redevelopment Plan is to reconstruct certain provisions thereof <br />and to amend the Redevelopment Plan so as to include certain <br />requirements of the Health and Safety Code and to provide for the <br />financing of housing and/or housing rehabilitation through <br />legally available means. <br />The legal description of the boundaries of the Cooley <br />Ranch, Project No. 4 is as recorded in Book 8732, Pages 906 <br />through 911 of the Official Records of San Bernardino County on <br />
