1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3882 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON MAKING FINDINGS.AND DETER- <br />MINATIONSRE LACK OF NECESSITY TO FORM A <br />PROJECT AREA COMMITTEE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton and the Redevelopment <br />Agency for the City of Colton (the "Agency") are in the <br />preocess of amending the Redevelopment Plan for the Cooley <br />Ranch, Project No. 4,; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has <br />received the following titled Resolution from the Colton <br />,Redevelopment Agency: <br />"Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency <br />for the City of Colton Making Findings <br />and Determinations Re Lack of Necessity <br />to Form a Project Area Committee".; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton deems <br />it necessary at this time to make certain findings and deter- <br />minations as to the lack of necessity to form a Project Area <br />Committee or to increase the membership thereof. <br />.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby finds and <br />determines that: <br />(a) The project area does not contain a substantial <br />number of low- and moderate -income families which will be <br />displaced by the redevelopment project; <br />(b) The project area is presently being utilized <br />,for purposes other than residential uses; <br />
