VERNON AVENUE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AS <br />3FOLLOWS <br />611 SECTION I. The City Cd,,uncil of the City of Colton having elected <br />I <br />IIto _Proceed under the provisions of Section 8300 et seq. of the Streets and High - <br />8 ways Code.of the State of California, Iand having held a public hearing_as <br />pro- <br />91`vided therein, hereby finds from all the evidences submitted that the certain <br />®lportiun of Cooley Lane lying west of MI. Vernon Avenue, described as follows: <br />All that portion of Cooley Lane sixty wide <br />lying west of Mt.
