1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 . <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 3888 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. <br />OF COLTON ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF RESOLU- <br />TIONS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE <br />CITY OF COLTON REGARDING AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE COOLEY <br />RANCH, PROJECT NO. 4, CONTINUING A JOINT <br />PUBLIC HEARING THEREON BY THE AGENCY AND <br />THE CITY COUNCIL, CONTINUING THE DATE FOR <br />SUCH HEARING AND PROVIDING FOR THE GIVING <br />OF NOTICE THEREOF <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton ("City <br />Council") has received from the Redevelopment Agency for the <br />City of Colton (the "Agency") its resolution entitled: <br />"Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency for <br />the City of Colton Continuing the Joint Public <br />Hearing on Amendment No. l to the Redevelop- <br />ment Plan for the Cooley Ranch, Project No. 4, <br />Requesting the City Council to Consent to <br />Same"; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 21, 1978, the City <br />Council adopted Resolution No. 3881 directing that a joint <br />public hearing with the Agency be held on Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Redevelopment Plan for the Cooley Ranch, Project No. 4, on <br />December 19, 1978, at 8:30 p.m. and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and the Agency wish to continue <br />said public hearing to January 2, 1979, at 8:30 p.m. at the City <br />Council Chambers, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California <br />92324. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
