1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING <br />BY THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF <br />COLTON ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. l <br />TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE <br />COOLEY RANCH, PROJECT NO. 4 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the <br />City ofColtonand the Redevelopment Agency for the City of <br />Colton will hold a joint public hearing on proposed Amendment <br />No. l to the Redevelopment Plan for the Cooley Ranch Project No. <br />4 on Tuesday, January 2, 1979, at the hour of 8:30 p.m. in <br />the City Council Chambers, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, <br />California. <br />The purpose of the hearing on proposed Amendment No. 1 <br />to the Redevelopment Plan is to permit persons having any <br />objections to the proposed Amendment No. l to the Redevelop- <br />ment Plan or who deny the regularity of any of the prior pro- <br />ceedings for the adoption of said Amendment No. 1 to appear <br />before the City Council and show cause why the proposed Amend- <br />ment No. 1 to the Redevelopment Plan should not be adopted. <br />The scope and objective of the proposed Amendment No. 1 t the <br />Redevelopment Plan is to reconstruct certain provisions thereof <br />andtoamend the Redevelopment Plan so as to include certain <br />requirements of the Health and Safety Code and to provide for <br />the financing of housing and/or housing rehabilitation through <br />legally available means. <br />The legal description of the boundaries of the Cooley <br />Ranch, Project No. 4 is as recorded in Book 8732, Pages 906 <br />through 911 of the Official Records of San Bernardino County on <br />
