2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />i <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4279 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON ESTABLISHING A PAY AND CLASSIFICATION PLAN <br />FOR THE Fel' `jTLOYEES OF THE CITY OF CnLTON EFFECTIVE <br />JANUARY 1, 1983. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has cjiven full consideration to the <br />results of meetings between representatives of the City of Colton and <br />representatives of Employee Associations held pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 3500, et.seq; and <br />WHEREAS, Management and Confidential Employees of the Cit -_7 of <br />Colton (those not represented by any "Employee Association") shall also be <br />considered for compensation and benefits; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk and City Treasurer perform duties in <br />addition to those compensated by ordinance, they are entitled to supplemental <br />compensation, therefore, <br />The supplemental compensation of the City Clerk is fixed at <br />$1732.00 per month, and the supplemental compensation of the City Treasurer_ <br />is fixed at $759.00 per month. <br />NOT^7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the Monthly Salary Schedule marked Exhibit "A" and the <br />Management and Confidential Employees Supplemental Benefits Scheduled marked <br />Exhibit "B", attached hereto, are incorporated into and made a part of <br />Resolution No. 4279 and shall be effective as of January 1, 1983. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Monthly Salary Schedule provided <br />herein, as it pertains to the City Clerk and City Treasurer, sets forth the <br />total of the compensation provided by ordinance and the supplemental <br />compensation provided by this resolution. Resolution No. 4220 is hereby <br />repealed. <br />
