111 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />91 <br />10' <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4289 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />APPROVING THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY ARTS PLAN. <br />WHEREAS, the San Bernardino County Arts League has <br />completed extensive research in San Bernardino County which <br />provided the basis for the development of the San Bernardino <br />County Arts Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, said Plan was submitted to the California Arts <br />Council on March 31, 1982, meeting the contractual agreement be- <br />tween the California Arts Council and the San Bernardino County <br />Arts League; and <br />WHEREAS, said Plan requests no financial contribution <br />from the City of Colton; and <br />WHEREAS, the San Bernardino County Arts League seeks to <br />provide an atmosphere in San Bernardino County, including the <br />City of Colton, in which the arts may grow in quantitative and <br />qualitative ways, providing an environment conducive to the full- <br />est expression of all forms of art, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Colton approves the San Bernardino County Arts Plan <br />as prepared by the San Bernardino County Arts League. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of March, <br />1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />Q• <br />*HIEN A.
