1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />H. <br />01 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO.4328 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, RE-ESTAB- <br />LISHING PROJECT PRIORITIES UNDER THE <br />HOUSING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK <br />GRANT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is receiving Block Grant <br />funding under the Housing & Community Development Block Grant, <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton's total allocation amount <br />has been determined to be approximately $1,316,341 over a three- <br />year period, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has been <br />charged with the responsibility to establish prioritization of <br />projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Colton hereby re-establishes the following projects, <br />priorities and fund allocations under the Housing & Community De- <br />Ivelopment Block Grant: <br />A. Water Improvement Project - $195,672 <br />Amount to be Reprogrammed - 702000 <br />New Amount for Water Improvement Program - $125,672 <br />B. Total Amount for Hutton & Luque Centers - $707000 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby author- <br />ized to sign submittal documents on behalf of the City of Colton. <br />j PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 1983. <br />IIATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
