Elliott, City Manager of the City <br />of Colton is hereby designated as the responsible party authorized to <br />sign the application and all related claim documents on behalf of the <br />City of Colton in conjunction with FEMA Declaration #677DR. <br />If Mr_. Elliott is unable to execute the documents as required, the <br />City Council hereby declares Stephen Edwards, City Attorney as alternate <br />responsible party. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1983. <br />ALBERT .
