WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF COLTON, <br />4 tj <br />.- CALIFORNIA, has been presented by certain property owners an exe- <br />� <br />cuted amended and supplemental Petition requesting the construc i <br />�I <br />7 <br />!j tion of certain public improvements, together with appurtenancest <br />,hand appurtenant work in connection therewith, said improvements to <br />'be constructed pursuant to the terms and provisions of the "Muni- <br />!',cipa1 Improvement Act of 191311, being Division 12 of the Streets <br />and Hi ghways Code of the State of Cal iforni a, in a speci al assess - <br />12 ment di stri ct known and desi gnated as <br />!� ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 79-1 <br />(AIRPORT COMMERCE CENTER) <br />''. (hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District") ; and, <br />15 WHEREAS, it has been reported that said amended and <br />16 jsupplemental Petition contains the signatures of more than sixty <br />17';�;percent (60%) of the property owners of the assessable area of the <br />1 ';property to be subject to assessment for the proposed works of <br />i <br />19 ! 1,i mprovement . Sai d amended and supplemental Pet i t i on meets the <br />20 <br />the Streets and <br />,!requirements of Section 2804 of Division 4 of <br />21 'Highways Code of the State of California. <br />22; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />23'' SECTION 1 .
