1 RESOLUTION NO. 4339 <br />2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING <br />3 AN AMENDED MAP SHOWING THE GENERAL <br />NERAL NARKS TURE <br />AND LOCATION OF ING THEIN IC PROPOSED <br />4 IMPROVEMENT AND SHOW <br />BOUNDARIES OF THE ASSESSMENTDISTRICT <br />5 TO BE ASSESSED FOR SAID IMPROVEMENT <br />6 <br />WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF COLTON, <br />7 CALIFORNIA, has been presented and has received an amended map <br />8 <br />showing the general nature, location and extent of the proposed <br />9 improvement work, and also designating and describing the bounda- <br />10 ries of the area proposed to be assessed in an assessment dist- <br />11 r i c t under the provisions and authority of the "Municipal <br />12 Improvement Act of 1913", being Division 12 of the Streets and <br />13 Highways Code of the State of California; said assessment dist- <br />14 ri ct known and designated as <br />15 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 79-1 <br />(AIRPORT COMMERCE CENTER) <br />16 <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"). <br />17 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />18 <br />SECTION 1 . That an amended map <br />21 <br />District showing the general nature, location and extent of the <br />22 <br />proposed public improvement work, and also showing the boundaries <br />23to be <br />of the proposed Assessment District and lands and property <br />24 <br />assessed to pay the costs and expenses of the propose <br />25 <br />improvements designated as <br />26 <br />"PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF <br />27 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 79-1 <br />(AIRPORT COMMERCE CENTER)" <br />28 <br />
