1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />r 22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4349 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON CONFIRMING THE REPORT OF THE STREET <br />SUPERINTENDENT ON COST OF ABATING NUISANCE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, California, did <br />on April 5, 1983, pass a resolution declaring that certain weeds growing upon <br />the streets or side walks or upon private property within the City of Colton, t <br />be a public nuisance and ordered said weeds to be abated by said City; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 39567.1 of the Government <br />Code, State of California, the City Clerk of the City of Colton caused notices <br />of the proposed abatement to be mailed to all the owners of the property shown <br />on the assessment roll of the County of San Bernardino; and <br />WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has caused said weeds, <br />rubbish, refuse or dirt to be removed from said property and the nuisance abate <br />and has caused a report of the cost of said removal to be filed with the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of said report has been posted in the time and <br />manner required by law and a hearing on this report was set for the hour of <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. on the 5th day of July, 1983, at which time all property <br />owners having an objection to make to said report might be heard concerning <br />the same; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that property owners have not <br />made sufficient protests'or objections to said report, or to the cost of <br />abating said nuisance, either in whole or in part; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Colton as follows: <br />1.
