RESOLUTION NO. 4351 <br />i <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL DECLARING <br />INTENTION TO ORDER THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS, TOGETHER WITH APPUR- <br />TENANCES AND APPURTENANT WORK IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH IN A PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />PURSUANT TO THE TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF THE <br />"MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1913"; DECLAR- <br />ING THE WORK TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR 1 <br />ORDINARY BENEFIT AND DESCRIBING THE DISTRICT <br />TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES <br />THEREOF; AND PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS <br />I <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />} SECTION 1. That the public interest and convenience! <br />-1 1 require, and it is the intention of this body, pursuant to the <br />3 <br />I <br />1.2 iprovisions of Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br />,I <br />.13 State of California (the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913"), to <br />14 1 o r d e r the construction of certain public works of improvement, <br />1 ;;together with appurtenances and appurtenant work, in a speci al <br />16 ,1assessment district known and designated as <br />17 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 79-1 <br />(AIRPORT COMMERCE CENTER) <br />!(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"). <br />19 1 <br />DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENT <br />20 ' } <br />A.
