1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4355 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA APPROVING <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR CITY OF COLTON <br />LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE <br />DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, <br />California, ("this City Council") has received a Petition for <br />Formation of a Landscaping & Public Lighting Facilities <br />District pursuant to the provisions of the Landscaping and <br />Lighting Act of 1972 (California Streets & Highways Code <br />Section 22500 et seg.) and this City Council has agreed to <br />initiate proceedings to form such district under the condi- <br />tions of that agreement entitled "Agreement Between City of <br />Colton and Fredericks Development Corporation Relative to <br />Fo-mation of Landscaping and Public Lighting Facilities <br />District; and <br />WEREAS, the City Council on May 17, 1983, adopted <br />its Resolution No. 4329, initiating proceedings for the <br />formation of City of Colton Landscaping & Lighting Maintenance <br />District No. 1 for the maintenance, servicing and operation <br />of landscaping and public lighting facilities in the District <br />and ordering the Engineer to prepare and file a report in <br />accordance with Sections 22622 and 22565, et seq. of the <br />California Streets and Highways Code (the "Code") ; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed with the City <br />Clerk his report (the "Engineer's Report") containing the <br />matters specified in Section 22567, et seq. , of the Code; and <br />i// <br />
