That the City Council of the City of Colton <br />does hereby find, determine and declare as follows: <br />(a) Alley between "B" and "C" Streets and 10th and <br />11th Streets, as described in Block 27, Colton <br />Addition, Map 6, Page 10. <br />(b) That it is the intention of the City Council to <br />cause said improvements to be constructed, at the sole expense of <br />the owners of properties in and along said above described areas, <br />pursuant to Section 5870, et seq., of the Streets and Highways <br />Code of the State of California. <br />SECTION 2. That the Superintendent of Streets is <br />hereby instructed to mail and post notices to construct said im- <br />provements, as required by law. <br />SECTION 3. That pursuant to said Section 58707 et <br />seq., the City Council does hereby declare that on Tuesday, Sep- <br />tember 6, 1983, in the Council Chambers, 650 North La Cadena <br />Drive:, Colton, California, at 7:30 P. m., it will hear and pass <br />upon any and all objections and protests to the ordering of con- <br />struction of said improvements. <br />
