1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />1-5 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4361 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Colton did consider an Amendment to the General Plan for <br />the City of Colton, Index No. G-3-83; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on the proposed <br />Amendment by the Planning Commission on August 9, 1983; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made no recommendation <br />to the City Council regarding Index No. G-3-83; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Gener- <br />al Plan Amendment and reports relating thereto in full and is <br />familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave notice of public hear- <br />ing as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Public Hear- <br />ing on August 16, 1983. <br />NOW, 'THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL does hereby find, <br />determine and order as follows: <br />1. The proposal is consistent with the General Plan. <br />2. Zoning consistency will be achieved through a <br />zone change to comply with this proposal. <br />3. The project should be compatible with its environs <br />given proper screening and development standards. <br />4. It has been determined that a Negative Declaration <br />is warranted for this project. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of August, <br />1983. <br />AL ERT A.
