1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4367 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, MAKING FINDINGS, OVERRUL- <br />ING PROTESTS AND OBJECTIONS, AND ORDERING THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS PURSUANT <br />TO SECTION 58707 ET SEQ . , OF THE STREETS AND <br />HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. <br />(Chapter 277 District No. 83-3) <br />WHEREAS, this City Council by Resolution No. 4358 on the <br />16th day of August, 1983, declared its intention to order the <br />construction of certain street work under Chapter 27 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and caused <br />the properties to be posted and the legal owners to be notified <br />by mail that the 6th day of September, 1983, at the hour of 7:30 <br />p. m., in the Council Chambers of this City Council, is the time <br />and place fixed for the hearing before this City Council of pro- <br />tests and objections; and <br />WHEREAS, such hearing was duly held by this Council at <br />which all persons desiring to be heard thereon were heard in re- <br />spect of any matter relating to the work proposed; and <br />WHEREAS, all persons desiring to appear and be heard <br />have been heard, and this City Council has taken evidence relat- <br />ing to said proposed work and is fully informed in the premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton, <br />California, DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS <br />(FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That all protests and objections are hereby <br />overruled and denied. <br />
