1 1 RESOLUTION N0. 4368 <br />2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA ORDERING THE <br />3 IMPROVEMENTS FOR AND THE FORMATION OF <br />CITY OF COLTON LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING <br />4 MAINTENANCE DISTRICT N0. 1 <br />5 <br />6 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, <br />7 <br />California, ("this City Council") has received a Petition for <br />8 <br />Formation of a Landscaping & Public Lighting Facilities <br />9 <br />District pursuant to the provisions of the Landscaping and <br />10 <br />Lighting Act of 1972 (California Streets & Highways Code <br />11 <br />Section 22500 et seg..) (the "Code") and this City Council has <br />12 <br />agreed to initiate proceedings to form such district under <br />0WN0) <br />13 <br />the conditions of that agreement entitled "Agreement Between <br />0 W0 <br />Y I- o a <br />14 <br />City of Colton and Fredericks Development Corporation Relative <br />W wmo <br />U cuwo w o <br />WNQrLa <br />15 <br />to Formation of Landscaping and Public Lighting Facilities <br />O W MIL V <br />3 m 0 0 Q <br />a 00 o <br />16 <br />District; and <br />N 2 <br />W ,q a > <br />m <br />17 <br />WHEREAS, this City Council on July 19, 1983, adopted <br />> <br />18 <br />its Resolution No. 4356—, declaring its intention to form <br />19 <br />City of Colton Landscaping & Lighting Maintenance District <br />20 <br />No. 1 ("District") for the maintenance, servicing and opera - <br />tion of landscaping and public lighting facilities in the <br />21 <br />22 <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed with the City <br />23 <br />24 <br />Clerk his report (the "Engineer's Report") containing the <br />25 <br />matters specified in Section 22567, et seq. , of the Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer's Report has been duly pre - <br />26 <br />sented by the City Clerk to the City Council for considera- <br />27 <br />tion and has been fully considered by the City Council; and <br />28 <br />
