That the exterior boundaries of the <br />District are as set forth in the diagram contained in the <br />Engineer's Report on file with the City Clerk. <br />Section 3. That the diagram and assessment for <br />fiscal year 1983-84, as set forth in the Engineer's Report, <br />are hereby confirmed, and the passage of this resolution <br />shall petain only to the formation of City of Colton Land- <br />scaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 1 and shall not <br />constitute the levy of an assessment for the fiscal year <br />1983-84. <br />Section 4. That pursuant to Sections 22640 and <br />22641 of the Code, the City Clerk shall file a certified copy <br />of the diagram and assessment with the San Bernardino County <br />Auditor not later than the third Monday in August of 1984. <br />Section 5. That pursuant to Section 54900 et seq. <br />of the California Government Code, the City Clerk shall <br />forward the statement to the California State Board of <br />Equalization and the San Bernardino County Assessor no later <br />than December 31, 1983. <br />Section 6. That it is the intention of the City <br />Council of the City of Colton to collect annual assessments <br />on the San Bernardino County assessment roll commencing in <br />-3- <br />
