RESOLUTION NO. 4373 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON ESTABLISHING BAIL AMOUNTS <br />OF PARKING CITATIONS. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has been authorized to col- <br />lect bail resulting from the issuance of parking citations; and <br />WHEREAS, the San Bernardino County Municipal Court has <br />agreed to collect parking citation bail in only those instances <br />of noncompliance or protest; and <br />ority. <br />WHEREAS, the City has been deemed the collecting auth- <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />does hereby determine as follows: <br />1. The parking citation bail schedule to be the existing <br />standard San Bernardino County Bail Schedule for both Municipal Code <br />and California Vehicle Code violations, as set out in the attached <br />Exhibit "A". <br />2. Bail fees for all citations are due on or before the appear- <br />ance date on the citation. <br />3. A $13.00 penalty fee will be imposed after the 10th day <br />following the violation. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, <br />198. <br />LBERT A.
