That the above recitals are all true and <br />correct. <br />SECTION 2. That said changes and modifications above <br />mentioned are hereby ordered pursuant to the authority as set <br />forth in Section 10352 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br />State of California (the "Municipal Improvement Act of 191 3") . <br />SECTION 3. That the Superintendent of Streets is hereby <br />ordered to make the above listed corrections and modifications for <br />the assessment roll, and the assessments as set forth in the <br />"Report" previously approved. <br />SECTION 4. That the Engineer's "Report", the Assessment <br />Ro 1 1 , and all related documentation, as so modified, are al 1 for <br />the best interests of the property owners within the Assessment <br />District, and said assessment, as modified and apportioned, is in <br />accordance with the benefits received, and the "Report", as herein <br />modified and amended, shall stand as the "Report" for all subse- <br />quent proceedings relating to this Assessment District. <br />SECTION 5. That certain further specific changes and <br />modifications to the proceedings are hereby ordered, as set forth <br />in the attached and referenced Exhibit "A". <br />
