Said <br />bonds further shall be serviced and collected by the Treasurer, or <br />designated Paying Agent." <br />The above modification will allow bonds to be payable in seventeen <br />(17) annual principal installments, and said increase in the term <br />is determined to be in the best interests of the property owners <br />within the boundaries of the above -referenced Assessment <br />District. <br />
