ELLIOTT, CITY MANAGER <br />SUBJECT: MID -YEAR BUDGET Date: 12/14/83 <br />Attached for Council review and approval is the mid -year <br />budget review. <br />General concepts in this mid -year budget review is the <br />transfer of funds to cover accounts which will not complete <br />the physical year without additional funding. <br />One additional item is requested for the replacement of a <br />typewriter for the City Manager's Secretary. The current <br />typewriter has become a maintenance problem and is not <br />presently in use. <br />Estimated Cost of Typewriter $1900.00 <br />(Recommend Revenue Sharing <br />and Redevelopment funds 25%) <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached Resolution and <br />purchase of a new typewriter. <br />Attachments: Mid -Year Budget Review <br />Resolution <br />Page 1 of item No.— <br />
