y <br />1 Section 1. Substitution of Developer. The developer <br />2 of the Project shall be First City Properties, Inc. and all <br />3 references in Resolution No. 4398 to First City Development Corp. <br />4 of California shall be considered to be references to First City <br />5 Properties, Inc. <br />6 Section 2. Amendment to Section 10 of Resolution No. <br />7 4398. Section 10 of Resolution No 4398 is hereby amended as <br />8 follows: <br />9 (a)_ The final principal amount of bonds which <br />10 shall be authorized shall not exceed $9,775,000. <br />11 (b) The authorization and power delegated to the <br />12 City Manager by said Section 10 to approve the final terms for <br />13 the sale of such bonds shall be valid toanduntil March 1, 1984. <br />14 Section 3. Effective Date.
