<br />a downy nature or have attained such growth as to become a fire
<br />menace or which are otherwise noxious or dangerous and that there
<br />is also existing on certain parkways, sidewalks, and property
<br />within the City certain rubbish, refuse and dirt including dry
<br />grass, stubble, brush, litter or otherwise flammable material
<br />which endangers the public safety by creating a fire hazard.
<br />2. That the commonly known names of the streets and the
<br />description of the property upon which or in front of which said
<br />weeds and/or rubbish, refuse, and dirt condition exists, accord-
<br />ing to the map, as provided in said act are as follows to -wit:
