That the cast of the construction, as set forth <br />in said Reports, shall be assessed against the <br />g property therein des- <br />cribed, which property fronts upon the improvements so constructed <br />SECTION 4. That if such assessment is not paid within th <br />time permitted by law the same shall constitute a special assessment <br />and lien against the property therein described, in the amount set <br />forth in said Reports, which lien shall continue until the assessor nt <br />and all interest thereon is paid. <br />SECTION 5. That if the assessment is not paid within the <br />time permitted, the City Clerk shall deliver a Notice of Lien sign(d <br />by the Superintendent of Streets_, as provided in Section 5891 of t e <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, to the Count <br />Assessor and Tax Collector, who, in accordance with applicable law, <br />shall collect said assessment, together with all other taxes relating <br />to such property. <br />SECTION 6.
