i <br />1 Resolution No. 4398 to provide that the authorization andP ower <br />2 delegated to the City Manager to approve the final terms for the <br />3 sale of such bonds was to be valid to and until March 1, 1984; and <br />4 WHEREAS, (i) by Resolution No. 4431 adopted by this City <br />5 Council on March 6, 1984, said Section 10 of Resolution No. <br />4398 <br />6 was amended to provide that the authorization and power delegated <br />7 to the City Manager to approve the final terms for the sale of <br />8 such bonds was to be valid to and until April 1,'1984 and (ii) by <br />9 Resolution No. 4441 adopted by this City Council''on April 3, 1984, <br />10 said Section was amended to provide that the date referred to <br />11 therein was to be May 1, 1984. <br />12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />13 the City of Colton as follows: <br />14 Section 1. Amendment to Section 10 of 'Resolution <br />No. <br />15 4398. Section 10 of Resolution No. 4398, as amended by Resolution <br />16 Nos. 4404, 4431 and 4441, is hereby further amended to provide that <br />17 the authorization and power delegated to the City:Manager by said <br />18 Section 10 to approve the final terms for the sale of such bonds <br />19 shall be valid to and until September 1, 1984. <br />20 Section 2. Effective Date.
