l <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4457 <br />2 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY' <br />3 OF COLTON APPROVING THE ISSUANCE BY THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF ITS <br />4 SANTA .ANA RIVER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT TAX <br />ALLOCATION_ BONDS AND MAKING CERTAIN <br />5 DETERMINATIONS RELATING THERETO. <br />6 WHEREAS, the Redevelopment- Agency for the City of <br />7 Colton (the "Agency") is a redevelopment agency duly created, <br />8 established and authorized to transact business and exercise its <br />9 powers, all under and pursuant to the Community Redevelopment <br />10 Law, being Section 33000 and following of the Health and Safety <br />11 Code of the State of California, and the powers of the Agency <br />a o 12 include the power to issue bonds for any of its corporate <br />0 <br />IL m w o ° 13 purposes; and <br />0 _ rc a <br />ix <br />0 M0 14 WHEREAS, a redevelopment plan, known as the Colton <br />o ct 15 Redevelopment Project, has been adopted and approved by Ordinance <br />3�0ow <br />0 N m <br />m�0W 16 No. 1632 of the City, which was adopted on December 29, 1982; <br />m � 17 <br />and <br />18 WHEREAS the Agency has adopted its resolution <br />19 entitled, "Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency for the City <br />20 of Colton Authorizing the Issuance of up to $30,000,000 Principal <br />21 Amount of Tax Allocation Bonds of Said Agency to Finance a' <br />22 Portion of the Cost of a Redevelopment Project Known as the <br />23 Santa Ana River Redevelopment Project;" and <br />24 WHEREAS, under and pursuant to the above resolution, <br />25 the Agency has authorized the issuance of not to exceed <br />26 $30,000,000 Santa Ana River Redevelopment Project Tax Allocation <br />27 Bonds (the „Bonds") <br />28 ��� <br />
