That the maintenance proposed to be <br />7 performed consists of the furnishing of services and materials <br />8 for the ordinary and usual maintenance, operation and servic <br />9 ing of public lighting and landscaping, including: <br />10 (a) Repair, removal, or replacement of all or <br />11 any part of the improvements thereon; <br />0 12 (b) Providing for the life, growth, health <br />LL0WNm 13 and beauty of the landscaping thereon, including cultivation,: <br />o��°a <br />0 Wmo 14 irrigation, trimming, spraying, fertilizing or treating for <br />as L <br />LL a LLa 15 disease or injury; <br />0 Ir IL Y � and <br />W <br />a,Wona 16 (c) The removal of trimming, rubbish, debris <br />17 and other solid waste. <br />18 (d) Required electrical operation, repair and <br />19 replacement <br />20 (e), Street light installation, servicing and <br />21 maintenance. <br />22 Section 3 That the proposed lighting and land - <br />23 scaping maintenance district encompasses all that certain <br />24 territory of the City of Colton included within the exterior <br />25 boundary line shown upon that certain "Proposed Boundaries of <br />26 Annexation No. 1 -to City of Colton Landscaping and Lighting <br />27 Maintenance District No. 1," indicating by said boundary line <br />28 the extent of the territory included within the proposed <br />2 <br />
