I <br />1 RESOLUTION NO. 4459 <br />2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA APPROVING <br />3 <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR LEVY OF ANNUAL <br />4 ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-85 FOR <br />CITY OF COLTON LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING <br />5 MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, <br />7 California ("this City Council") on March 20, 1984, adopted <br />8 its Resolution No. 4435, initiating proceedings for the levy <br />9 of annual assessments for fiscal year 1984-85 for City of <br />10Colton Landscaping & Lighting Maintenance District No. l and <br />11 has initiated proceedings for Annexation No. 1 thereto and <br />N 12 has ordered the Engineers of Work to prepare and file a <br />M : o <br />moM 13 report in accordance with Sections 22622 and 22565, et seq. <br />0 WW.-d_ <br />N a �X,z <br />w m o 14 of the California Streets and Highways Code (the "Code"); and <br />CU <br />o w LL v 15 WHEREAS, the Engineers of Work have filed with the <br />3r000w <br />o�Q 16 <br />J N N o a City Clerk their report (the "Engineer's Report") containing <br />m 17 the matters specified in Section 22567, et seq., of the Code; <br />18 and <br />19 WHEREAS, the Engineer's Report has been duly pre <br />20 sented by the City Clerk to the City Council for considera <br />21 tion and has been fully considered by the City Council and <br />22 this City Council finds that each and every part of the <br />23 Engineer's Report is sufficient, and that no portion of the <br />24 report requires or should be modified in any respect. <br />25 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />26 of the City of Colton as follows <br />27 Section 1.
