1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />N <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4463 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE DWR-COLTON <br />ENERGY SALES AGREEMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the California Department of Water Resources <br />(DWR) has surplus energy available from its interest in the <br />Reid Gardner No. 4 Coal Generating Facility; and <br />WHEREAS, DWR is willing to sell surplus energy to <br />IColton; and <br />WHEREAS, Colton is willing to purchase such energy; and <br />WHEREAS, the DWR-Colton Energy Sales Agreement has been <br />presented to the City Council at the meeting occurring on the <br />date at which this Resolution is adopted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />Ithe City of Colton that: <br />1. The terms and conditions of the DWR-Colton Energy <br />Sales Agreement be and the same are hereby approved. <br />2.
