Plan <br />Amendment and the Resolution of the Planning Commission relating <br />thereto in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave notice of public hearing <br />as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council_ did hold said Public Hearing on <br />June 5, 1984. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL does hereby find, deter- <br />mine and order as follows: <br />I.
