1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 W 0 W 1- 0 ' W0 13 IL W 0 - 0: - x o z. 14 0W M W �0 0 - () - LL Z U J IL U) E 15 IL 0 0 0 0 2U) 16 U) C4 0 E 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLTUION NO. 4476 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONTINUED OPERA- TION OF THE CITY OF COLTON LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT AND DIAGRAM AND ORDERING LEVY AND COLLECTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-85 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, California ("this City Council") on May 1, 1984, adopted its Resolution No. 4460 declaring its intention to continue the operation of City of Colton Landscaping and Lighting Main- tenance District No. 1 (the "District") for the installation, construction, maintenance, servicing and operation of public landscaping and lighting and appurtenant facilities in the District; and WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has filed with the Clerk his report (the "Engineer's Report") containing the matters specified in Section 22567, et seq. of the Code; and WHEREAS, the Engineer's Report has been duly pre- sented by the Clerk to this City Council for consideration and has been fully considered by this City Council, and WHEREAS, the proposed resolution of intention fixed at 7: . 30 p.m. and the City Council Chambers of the City of Colton, California, as the time and place for a hearing on the question of the continued operation of the District and the levy of assessments for fiscal year 1984-85, and provided for notice of said hearing; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk has filed, in her office, declarations setting forth compliance with the requirements Ifor publishing and this City Council hereby finds that notice
