Diagram and Assessment. That pursuant <br />to Sections 22640 and 22641 of the Code, the City Clerk shall <br />file a certified copy of. the diagram and assessment with the <br />San Bernardino County Auditor -Controller not later than the <br />third Monday in August of 1984. <br />Section 5. Collection of Assessments.
