1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4477 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA ORDERING <br />ANNEXATION NO. 1 TO CITY OF COLTON LAND- <br />SCAPING AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />NO. 1, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT AND <br />DIAGRAM AND ORDERING LEVY AND COLLECTION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />1984-85 <br />7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, <br />8 California ("this City Council") on May 1, 1984, adopted its <br />9 Resolution No. 4461 declaring its intention to order Annexa <br />10 tion No. 1 to City of Colton Landscaping ,and Lighting Main - <br />11 tenance District No. 1 (the "District") for the installation, <br />0 12 construction, maintenance, servicing and operation of public <br />�W <br />0 13 landscaping and lighting and appurtenant facilities in the <br />o rc°a <br />IX ►- <br />V W m o 14 District; and <br />Zw- <br />F- <br />U <br />3�ooU 15 WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has filed with the <br />�wLd <br />(4 00 16 Clerk his report (the "Engineer's Report") containing the <br />IL <br />m � <br />17 matters specified in Section 22567, et seq, of the Code; and <br />18 WHEREAS, the Engineer's Report has been duly pre - <br />19 sented by the Clerk to this City Council for consideration <br />20 and has been fully considered by this City Council, and <br />21 WHEREAS, the proposed resolution of intention fixed <br />22 at 7:30 p.m. and the City Council Chambers of the City Council <br />23 of the City of Colton, California, as the time and place for <br />24 a hearing on the question of Annexation No. 1 to the District <br />25 and the levy of assessments for fiscal year 1984-85, and <br />26 provided for notice of said hearing; and <br />27 WHEREAS, the City Clerk has filed, in her office, <br />28 declarations setting forth compliance with the requirements <br />
