Diagram and Assessment. That pursuant <br />to Sections 22640 and 22641 of the Code, the City Clerk shall <br />file a certified copy of the diagram and assessment with the <br />San Bernardino County Auditor -Controller not later than the <br />third Monday in August of 1984. <br />Section 5. Filings. Than pursuant to Section <br />5.4900 et seq. of the California Government Code, the City <br />Clerk shall forward a statement regarding the annexation of <br />said area to the District to the California State Board of <br />Equalization and the San Bernardino County Assessor no later <br />than December 1, 1984. <br />Section 6. Collection of Assessments. That it is <br />the intention of this City Council to collect annual assess- <br />ments on the San Bernardino County assessment roll commencing <br />in fiscal year 1984-85 pursuant to the procedures set forth <br />in Sections 22620 et seq, of the Code. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, <br />1984. <br />T HUNTOON, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
