V <br />11 <br />4r <br />14 <br />jr <br />U <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />-28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4492 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON APPOINTING STEPHEN EDWARDS AS ACTING <br />CITY MANAGER IN THE ABSENCE OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />WHEREAS, from time to time Phillip Elliott, City Manager, <br />is absent from the City and temporarily unavailable and, <br />WHEREAS, another person should be authorized to perform <br />the duties of City Manager during such times, and, <br />WHEREAS, Stephen Edwards is the City Attorney of Colton <br />and is qualified to perform such duties, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />resolves that Stephen Edwards, City Attorney, is appointed as the <br />person to perform the duties of the City Manager when the City <br />Manager is absent and unavailable to act.
