1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />.28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4493 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA; DETERMINING <br />THE AMOUNT TO BE ADDED TO ANNUAL INSTALLMENTS ON <br />ASSESSMENTS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS AD 72-1, AD 76-1, AD -78-2 <br />AND AD 79-1 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-85 TO COVER EXPENSES OF <br />COLLECTION <br />WHEREAS, there are in the City of Colton the following <br />assessment districts: A.D. 72-1, A.D. 76--1, A.D. 78-2 and <br />A.D. 79-1; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 8682 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br />State of California authorized the City Council of the City of <br />Colton ("the Council") to add to the annual installment of <br />principal and interest on the assessment on each lot or parcel <br />of land in each assessment district in the City, an amount to <br />cover the City's expenses of collection. <br />AND, WHEREAS, the City Treasurer of the City of Colton <br />("the Treasurer") has estimated that for fiscal year 1984-85 the <br />expenses of such collection will be three dollars ($3.00) or <br />more for every lot -and .parcel of land. <br />NOW,. THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />resolves as follows: <br />1. The Council finds it to be true that the expenses of <br />the City for such collection in fiscal year 1984-85 will be three <br />dollars. ($3.00) or more, per lot or parcel and that the City <br />Treasurer has so estimated, <br />2. The Council does hereby determine and direct that there <br />shall be added to .the annual installment of principal and interest <br />on the assessment on each lot and parcel in each of the above <br />mentioned assessment districts the amount of three dollars ($3.00) <br />
