1 RESOLUTION NO. 4497 <br />2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION <br />3 NO. 42593, DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF PROPERTY <br />TAX REVENUES TO BE EXCHANGED BETWEEN AND <br />4 AMONG THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE COUNTY OF <br />SAN BERNARDINO AND SERVICE AREAS #38 AND #70, <br />5 RESULTING FROM THE JURISDICTIONAL CHANGE <br />DESCRIBED BY LAFC NO. 2203. <br />6 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton, 650 North La Cadena Drive, <br />7 <br />olton, California, 92324, adopted Resolution No. 4259, approving <br />8 <br />n amount of property tax revenues to be exchanged as determined <br />9 <br />y the City Council of the City of Colton and the Board of Super- <br />10 <br />visors of the County of San Bernardino, as a result of the follow- <br />11 <br />'ng jurisdictional change: <br />12 <br />The annexation of unincorporated lands des- <br />13 <br />cribed by LAFC No. 2203 to the City of Colton. <br />14 <br />and,, <br />15 WHEREAS, an amendment to the tax negotiation has occurred <br />16 y Resolution No. 83-9, adopted by the County of San Bernardino <br />1.7 or LAFC No. 2203 - City of Colton Annexation South 41. <br />18 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />19 ITY OF COLTON THAT: <br />20 1. Resolution No. 4259 is hereby amended by a new <br />21 Exhibit "A", dated January 10, 1983, attached <br />22 hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />23 2. The negotiated exchange of property tax revenues <br />24 <br />between the County of San Bernardino and the City <br />25 <br />of Colton, listed in said Exhibit "A", dated Jan.u- <br />26 <br />ary 10, 1983, is approved and accepted. <br />27 3.
