That the City Council.of the City of Colton does hereby <br />declare its intention to order the abandonment of that portion of DeBerry <br />Street, a portion of Gov. Lot 1, Block 51 and Gov. Lot 2, Block 52, Por. <br />ERA. Sec. 6 T.2S.R.411.., S.B.B.&M. Records of the County of San Bernardino, <br />State of California, described as follows: <br />.DeBerry Street, as described in Exhibit "A" attached <br />and made a part hereto as set forth. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, reference is <br />made to the map on file in the Office of the City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7730 p.m. on the 4th day of December, 1084 <br />in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Colton California, be and the same <br />is fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or <br />objecting to the proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />SECTION 3. That Daniel H. Burnett, City Engineer of the City of <br />Colton, is hereby directed to cause "Notice of Street Vacation" to be posted <br />as required by law. <br />SECTION4. That the public convenience and necessity require the <br />reservations and exceptions of easements and rights-of-way for structures <br />
