T. To 12391 . <br />The appeal of Presley of Southern California regarding the action of <br />the Planning Commission of October 9, 1984, as to To T. 12391, was heard <br />by the City Council of the City of Colton on November 6, 19840 <br />After hearing the evidence and good cause appearing, <br />The City Council resolves as follows: The appeal is denied and <br />Council adopted the following findings of the Planning Commission, <br />lm The request is unreasonably below City standards. <br />20 The request would allow smaller 'units than those previously <br />approved for this tract and the two surrounding tracts. <br />30.
