This City Council finds and determines, <br />however, that it would be in the best interests of the <br />residents and taxpayers of the City of Colton to direct the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton to prepare <br />proposed Amendment No. 3 to the edevelopment Plan and to <br />tape all procedural steps necess ry to the adoption of Amend- <br />ment No. 3. <br />Section 2. This City Council hereby recommends <br />that the Redevelopment Agency fo� the City of Colton shall <br />
