RESOLUTION NO. 4527 <br />1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON CALIFORNIA', FIXING AND ESTABLISH - <br />2 ING FEES AND PROCEDURES FOR ALL BUILDING DE- <br />PARTMENT PERMITS <br />3 <br />4 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton that the <br />5 following fees and procedures are hereby established. <br />6 SECTION ONE: The Building Official shall calculate all fees as <br />7 prescribed by the applicable building codes based on a valuation derived <br />8 from the quarterly publication entitled "Building Standards" (as published <br />9 by the International Conference of Building-O,fficials),,and more specifically <br />10 referred to as "Building Valuation Data."11 Where specific work is not covered by the "Building Valuation Data" <br />12 format, the Building Official shall require and base all fees on actual <br />13 <br />valuation provided by the builder including materials and labor, such as: <br />14 remodeling, swimming pool, solar devices, et al. <br />15, SECTION TWO: fees and Procedures for Move -On Houses, Mobilehomes, <br />3.6 and Manufactured Homes. <br />17 All fees shall be calculated similar to other types of construction <br />18 With the proviso that only fifty percent of the building valuation data <br />3.9 shall be used. For move -on houses, a performance bond of $10,000.00 and <br />20 termite inspection certificate shall be required. <br />2.1 SECTION THREE: Mobilehome Parks. <br />22 Fees pertaining to mobilehome parks and their operation shall be <br />23 as established in the California Administrative Code, Title 25, Chapter 2. <br />24 SECTION FOUR: A minimum inspection fee of $25.00 shall be charged <br />25 any time a building permit is issued. The permit fee shall count towards <br />26the minimum fee. <br />27 SECTION FIVE: Sewer Connection Fee. <br />28 The sewer connection fee of $1,500.00, as established by Ordinance <br />
